President Paul Biya in decree No. 2018/366 of 20 June 2018 relating to Public Contracts Code stated the rules applicable to the preparation, award, execution, control and regulation of public contracts in Cameroon.
The decree has key areas such as the organisation of public contracts system, award of public contracts, execution and control of public contracts, petitions and sanctions and compatibilities and delegation of powers. — Source :
