This was done through a workshop organised by the Road Fund organised on 23 June 2022, in Bertoua. Participants to the workshop were mayors and officials of regional and local administration, as well as representatives of sector ministries (MINTP, MINHDU and MINT), from the Boumba et Ngoko, the Lom et Djerem and the Kadey Divisions.
